1. All the products are shown on the website. Their images are only for references, However, Our vendors are always tried to make it as same as possible and we deliver the best we can.

2. In case of quality issues customers can raise the complaint within 24 hours after delivering the product.

3. The order can be canceled 24 hours before the date of delivery, Hence 5% will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer for adjusting the payment processing expenses.

4. If the products are not available ordered by the customer in the respective locations or city. We reserve the right to deliver the best product as per location for the same amount of value.

5.  Delivery of the same product may not be possible always as per location, But the customer has a right to get a 100% refund as a coupon means we provide a coupon of the full amount to the customer.

6. No quality issue will be entertained after 24 hours, Once the order is delivered

7. No quality issue will be entertained without unboxing video and product images.

8. Wishingcart.in reserved all rights to accept the order or refuse the order at any point of time after receiving the order and in all such cases we will refund the 100% amount to the customer(Bank account/wallet/coupon), However, We all try to accept all the order.

9. In all delivery attempted cases, Where the recipient is not available at the given location or refuses to take the product. We are not responsible for refunding the amount. Since we deal with perishable products, Hence in such cases the order will be marked as delivered.

10. At the time of main occasions, Like Valentine’s day, From 7th Feb to 14th Feb, The flower price can be increased as per the market.

11. Prices of all the products which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding the cost of our delivery services, online transaction, Hence the distribution cannot be shown on the website separately.

12. Octroi charges if any, will be paid by the customer, If it is applicable in the recipient location.

13. We have the right to delay your order due to natural calamity.

14. In the quality issue, We shall redeliver your order and a refund also can be done depending on the nature of the complaint

15. If you did not receive your product like flowers, cakes, chocolates, etc. So kindly contact on the same day of delivery so that we can refund your full amount.

16. Need to place an order 8 Hours prior for Midnight delivery 11 PM to 12 AM, or Early Morning 7 AM to 9 AM.

17. Order shall be process till 8 PM, for midnight delivery.

Delivery Information For Courier Products
  • Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your gift may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
  • A courier product is delivered separately from other hand delivered products. No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
  • Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
  • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds in cases of cancellation are mentioned in the cancellation policy, kindly refer to the same.
  • Order acceptance is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order may not be accepted or the order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and communicating with the customer. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded in the customer’s wallet or bank account.
  • Only one attempt delivery will be made. Kindly note, Please confirm the availability of the recipient before selecting the time slot. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and the order will be marked as canceled. No refund will be made in such cases.
  • The refunds are only initiated once the customer sends an E-mail that where the refund has to be done Wishingcart.in wallet or bank account.
  • Refund will be credited in Wishingcart.in wallet within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are processed to your source payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Address change request
  • Changes in the address are permitted without any extra charges only before 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Within 24 hours period before delivery, extra charges is Rs 200
  2. Some time address changes requests are not accepted, in that case, no refund or cancellation shall be entitled.
Cancellation Policy

Please read the below-mentioned points carefully for cancellations.

  1. If the cancellation request is raised by the customer before 24 hours to start the time slot selected 5% order value will be deducted as cancellation charge 95% refund to Bank Account. Kindly note 100 % refund can be requested in Wishingcart.in wallet where we waive off cancellation charges.
  2. If the cancellation request is raised by the customer between 12 to 24 hours to start the time slot selected then 10% order value will be deducted as cancellation charges 90% refund to Bank Account. Kindly note 100 % refund can be requested in Wishingcart.in wallet where we waive off cancellation charges.
  3. If the cancellation request is raised by the customer within 12 hours to start the time slot selected then 100% of the order value will be deducted as cancellation charges no refund shall be processed in your Bank Account or Wishingcart.in wallet.

In any of the above cases, Bank refunds or wallet refunds can be entertained only at the discretion of the company considering the reason for cancellation like unfortunate events, calamities, or unavoidable circumstances. No claim to refund can be made by customer overrule above mentioned issues.

No cancellation requests are accepted in the following conditions.

  1. Same-day delivery – If the order placing date and order delivery date is the same, we do not accept cancellation request. If you cancel it, you are not entitled to any refund.
  2. Same-day midnight order cancellation requests are not accepted. If you cancel it, you are not entitled to any refund.
  3. Special day order cancellation requests are not accepted. If you cancel it, you are not entitled to any refund.
Same Day Policy
  • Cake Design, Icing, toppings may vary as per availability but quality of the Cake will not be compromised.
  • WishingCart held the authority of cancelling a Remote Location Delivery. Refund for the Same Order Will be initiated Within 48 working hours.
  • We Don’t Accept Order after 8 Pm for Same day delivery, However if customer Placed order after 8 pm for same day midnight Delivery than after Informing the customer we can update the delivery time for next day.
  • Wishingcart can ask for Extra Delivery charges if the delivery location is found remote or more Than 5 Km and serviceable.
  • Cancellation charges will be deducted from the total order amount if the cancellation is done for a serviceable area order.
  • Wishingcart held the authority to cancel the order without any prior notice in any circumstances.
